Questions
How long does it take to build a first version?
We agree scope and timeline after discovery. Larger platforms are delivered in stages, so you see working software early.
Do we have to stop using our current system while you replace it?
No. We run old and new systems side by side, move one part at a time, and only switch over once the new one has been tested by the people who use it.
How do you price a project?
After discovery we give you a fixed price for a defined scope, broken into milestones you pay against. Ongoing work such as support or technical leadership is billed monthly. We don't start building until scope and cost are agreed in writing.
What happens after launch?
We hand over documentation and access, and train the people who will run the system. You can then run it yourselves, or keep us on for monitoring, fixes and new features under a monthly support agreement.
