Questions
Will our data be used to train public AI models?
No. We use providers and settings that don't train on your data, and where required we run models inside your own cloud account. Where data lives and who can see it is agreed before we start.
Can the system work with Somali-language documents?
Often, yes, but quality varies by model and document type. We test on a sample of your real documents during discovery and tell you plainly what accuracy to expect before you commit.
How do you price a project?
After discovery we give you a fixed price for a defined scope, broken into milestones you pay against. Ongoing work such as support or technical leadership is billed monthly. We don't start building until scope and cost are agreed in writing.
What happens after launch?
We hand over documentation and access, and train the people who will run the system. You can then run it yourselves, or keep us on for monitoring, fixes and new features under a monthly support agreement.
